hhhmmmm where have I been ?

Do you ever wonder what happens to people when then disappear? I mean not in your real life but in your internet life? What I am meaning by this is why do people pretend to be one way, they tell you many things and then just one day they disappear.... can one really have internet friends? Or do they come and go such as the internet does?

I mean I have met lots of people online,, and many people I consider to be my friends, yet some that I thought to be friends have since disappeared, vanished if you will back into the internet.... *sigh* I hate it when people just up and leave you....
